Lovin goa! It's well hot, the beaches are amazing and there is even a hint of surf! Roz seems to be coping better with the heat now but even so she has now got a touch of prickly heat and is now varnishing herself in camomile lotion to help with that!
food is getting better too, we are now feeling bold enough to go for fish and chicken so a whole new world of choice has opened up! Also, we're in a place called palolem at the moment which has a few decent bars so we're also sampling the local cocktail making abilities.. which aint that bad!
Like I said, we are in Palolem right now but will be heading further south in the next few days to Patnem Beach and then Gokarna.. not that any of that will mean much to anyone, but think sun kissed, palm fringed beaches and you won't be far wrong!!
Hope all is well at home, is there any news that we might have missed? Has gordon brown been locked up in the tower of London yet? Or is MJs body going to be exhumed and taken on tour with Pat Swazey?! Sorry, too soon?!

ReplyDeleteits nice to see the transition of enjoyment on your blog space. You sound like your really starting to enjoy yourselves now. Sorry to hear you were so ill roz :( not what you need on holiday. Saw your pictures where you both got your baggy pants on lookin like well seasoned travelers.

Just sending you (Dan) this comment for the Libraries stuff that we received (see below)
"The Notts staff were very impressed with the signage at Louth, Jill, and took lots of photos. They were mainly interested in how we got the staff on board with new ways of working etc. and customer orientation.
They are not doing any library re-furbs., so won't have our "wow" factor of which they were very envious!"

The only news that sticks in my mind at the moment is the death of Stephen Gately from Boyzone but I would think you already know about that!
